Privacy policy

How YES RIGHT PTY LTD, trading as Yes AI, handles information from this website, its enquiry form and AI-answered calls to (03) 9003 0111.
Updated

This policy covers the AI for Law Firms website and the enquiries it receives. The site is operated by YES RIGHT PTY LTD (ABN 91 664 546 061), trading as Yes AI, of 11 McGuire Cres, Williamstown VIC 3016. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Yes AI’s full policy, which also covers paid client work, is at yesai.au/privacy.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form. Your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
  • Phone calls. Calls to (03) 9003 0111 are answered by a Yes AI voice agent. These AI-answered calls may be recorded and transcribed, and the agent writes a summary of what you asked for.
  • Website use. Pages visited, the referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics and our hosting provider’s logs.

Please do not put confidential details of a legal matter in the enquiry form or on a call. We need to know what kind of work you want automated, not the facts of any client’s case.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo or quote, follow up on that conversation, and understand how people find and use this site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Who we share it with

  • Brevo delivers the emails generated when you submit the enquiry form.
  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Google Analytics measures site traffic. You can block it with your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.
  • Our telephony and AI platform providers process calls to (03) 9003 0111.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia. Where that happens we rely on their contractual and security commitments, and we remain responsible for how your information is handled under the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records, call summaries and recordings for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Ask us if you want a record deleted, and we will tell you whether we can.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@yesai.au with “Privacy” in the subject line. If you think we have mishandled your information, write to our Privacy Officer at the same address. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services or providers change. The review date at the foot of this page shows when it was last checked.
